Cancellation Policy

At PORCH+VINE, we put care and thought into every dining experience. Because our menus and preparations are highly curated, reservations play an important role in how we plan, source, and serve. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation guidelines below so we can continue to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests.

Fixed-Course Experiences (Supper Club & Special Dinners)

  • 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to fixed-course dining reservations.

  • This allows us to adjust sourcing and preparation, as each menu is created specifically for the evening.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full menu price per guest.

Standard Dining Reservations

  • For lunch, brunch, or à la carte dinner reservations, we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your reservation.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $25 per guest.

Groups & Private Events

  • For parties of 8 or more, we kindly ask for 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel.

  • A deposit may be required for private dining rooms or full buyouts, which will be applied toward your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled after the agreed notice period.
